I do not own the MY-420, so I cannot confirm that it is the perfect fit, but the reason I listed it was from the recommendation of a fellow podcaster for this microphone.

I own and use the On-Stage MY-320 microphone clip on a desktop microphone stand and the MY-320 fits the Q2U.
