Spotify Promo Cards for Podcasters (and Artists)

This tutorial will show you how to create promo cards for podcasters that can be used to promote your show or individual episodes. You can also create promo cards for your favorite musician, album, or song.

• Create promo cards on web or mobile browsers
• Share promo cards online to promote shows or episodes
• You can also create promo cards for musicians, albums, or songs.
• Customize background colors
• Change Aspect Ratio (Portrait, Landscape, or Square)
• Copy URL, Download Cards, Share directly to Twitter or Facebook

Note: The Spotify for Podcasters Promo Cards are meant to be shared as an image online, but there is a URL to copy and paste in your posts to link to the show or episode. Also, it does not matter if you land on the podcasters or artists landing page as you can select podcasters or artists once you click ‘Get Started’

How To Create a Spotify Promo Card for Podcasters:

1. Open a web or mobile browser
2. Visit: https://promocards.byspotify.com/podcasters
3. Click ‘Get Started’
4. Select Podcasters
5. Select Show or Episode (can be changed later)
6. Enter the show or episode title in the search field
7. Tap Enter/Return or tap ‘Search’
8. Tap the arrow next to show name to view episodes
9. Select Episode if you want to create a card for individual episodes
10. Click the Hamburger Menu (3 horizontal lines) to return to Show
11. Click ‘Customize’ to change the colors and size of cards
12. Click on Color Swatches to Change Background
13. Click the ‘Size’ tab to change the aspect ratio
14. Select Portrait, Landscape, or Square.
15. Click Share when finished customizing
16. Copy URL, download, or share to Twitter or Facebook (upload image to Instagram or Insta Stories)

Note: You can also select Podcasters from this page

1. Open a web or mobile browser
2. Visit: https://promocards.byspotify.com/artists
3. Click ‘Get Started’
4. Select Artists
5. Select Artist, Album, or Song (can be changed later)
6. Enter the artist, album, or song in the search field
7. Tap Enter/Return or tap ‘Search’
8. Click ‘Customize’ to change the colors and size of cards
9. Click on Color Swatches to Change Background
10. Click the ‘Size’ tab to change the aspect ratio
11. Select Portrait, Landscape, or Square.
12. Click Share when finished customizing
13. Copy URL, download, or share to Twitter or Facebook
