#325: Google Calendar: How To Add Time Zone Lists in the Sidebar

This tutorial will teach you how to display World Clock Time Zone lists in the sidebar of your Google Calendar (Gcal).
- Enable World Clock and Add Time Zones to Gcal Sidebar
- Makes it easy to see the current time of team members, co-workers, clients, friends, and family when scheduling meetings and events.
- Available in personal and G Suite plans
- Add as many time zones as you need. Delete if necessary.

How to Add Time Zones to your Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar in a web browse: (https://calendar.google.com/calendar)
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right corner
- Click on ‘Settings’
- In the General tab, click on ’World Clock’ (or just scroll to section)
- Tick the box for ‘Show World Clock’
- Click ‘Add Time Zone’
- Click the drop-down menu to select a time zone
Note: There is no search (😔) so use cmd/ctrl + F to search for a time zone or city - Select Time Zone
- Click ’Add Time Zone’ to repeat the process
- Time Zone list will be located just below the monthly calendar in the left sidebar of Google Calendar
- Uncheck ‘Show World Clock’ to temporarily remove the list at any time.


How to Delete Time Zones from sidebar list:
- Open Google Calendar in a web browse: (https://calendar.google.com/calendar)
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right corner
- Click on ‘Settings’
- In the General tab, click on ’World Clock’ (or just scroll to section)
- Click on the ‘X’ next to the time zones you want to remove from the list
- Click ‘Add Time Zone’ to add more.

How to Edit Time Zones from sidebar list:
- Open Google Calendar in a web browse: (https://calendar.google.com/calendar)
- Click on the’ Settings’ icon in the top right corner
- Click on ‘Settings’
- In the General tab, click on ’World Clock’ (or just scroll to section)
- Click the arrow and select new Time Zone from the drop-down menu (use cmd/ctrl + F to search
- Select new time zone and it will change in the sidebar list
