209: Quick Tip: How to Add Unsplash Photos to your Medium Stories
What is Unsplash?
Unsplash.com is a website that has a great variety of free high-resolution photos that you can use in personal or commercial projects. The entire Unsplash photo library is accessible from Medium and it’s a handy way to spruce up your Medium stories.
Note: Photo credit is appreciated and encouraged, but you are not required to leave the caption crediting the photographer or Unsplash and you can add your own captions.

This tutorial will show you how to add photos directly from Unplash to your Medium stories. The step by step text instructions are below the video.
Instructions
On Medium.com
Create a New Story by clicking on your profile pic
Click New Story
Add Title
Click on any blank space
Click the + icon
Click the magnifying glass
Type in a search term for photos you want on Unsplash
Click the photo and it inserts in your Medium story
Click photo to resize or wrap around text
Bonus Tip: Press Shift+F to set any image as featured image for your Medium story.
