iPhone Tips for Preserving Battery Life:
All steps are for iPhones
Click on Settings (Gear Icon)
Airplane Mode in Settings>Airplane Mode>Off
Location Settings in Privacy>Location Services>Off
Low Power Mode in Settings>Battery>Low Power
1. Airplane Mode for faster charges
If you have electricity:
Turn on Airplane Mode and iPhone will charge Faster
You can turn on and use Wifi while in Airplane Mode
Airplane Mode Turns of BlueTooth
Do not use Bluetooth or wifi if you do not need to use.
Instagram Stories, Video, Camera, etc, when plugged in, is fine, but will reduce battery life.
2. Turn Off Location Services (Maps) if not needed
3. Turn on Lower Power Mode (The best thing you can do)**
Low Power Mode effects:
Email fetch
“Hey Siri”
Background app refresh
Automatic downloads
Some visual effects
Auto-Lock (defaults to 30 seconds)
